It didn’t hurt me it helped me so everybody is different I guess. They were giving me antacid in my iv at the hospital -
I’ve been doing well I lost 8 pounds so far I’ve not been reaching my goals as far as intake yet but I have been making sure to sip my water. I tried to get back into my protein shakes but it made me vomit so I’ve had Greek yogurt and now I have the protein water and it’s working out for me

I’m handling water just fine I also had Greek yogurt the protein shake is what made me vomit and nauseated I haven’t tried soup yet -

Congrats I think a class is great I don’t see my doctor until 3/16 for my two week check up. I haven’t tried my protein shakes again since they made me vomit the other day but I did purchase the protein water today so I’ll see how that goes -

My surgery went well they wanted me to do 2 weeks liquid diet as well but on a few occasions I had a boiled egg it was protein and I was starving with a hunger headache but I’m 4 days out and I’ve been doing ok, I’m down 8 pounds since surgery and I was suppose to start back on my protein shakes yesterday but it didn’t work out so I’m back to water and I had a few scoops of Greek yogurt -

I was sleeved 2/27 as well and I went home 2/28 I experienced them waking me up all night as well but once I came home and took my pain meds I was able to sleep they helped me sleep -
