Hi everyone. Took the big step and talked to the surgeon last week. Trying to nip health problems in the bud. Obesity runs in the family and I was and am a professional diet person. In order for my insurance to pay I have to be on a 6 month weight loss program. I am worried I will be able to drop the weight and they will say I don't need the lap band and like very many times before gain all the wight back plus some. Any advice?
