I've been on a stall also. Surgery on 1/10, 18 and lost no weight in February at all. Kept going back and forth from 198, 199, 200, 201, 202. But I've noticed lots of inches going off. I often try on clothes that were too small to gauge myself , the scale isn't friendly sometimes but trying on clothes that you couldn't get on and fitting them will keep you motivated until the scale decides to move again lol.

What is likely happening at the 7 week mark:
    1. Rebound Fluid retention cuz of the ass kicking you're giving yourself in Pilates.
    2. You're building some muscle and displacing fat and hanging on to fluid cuz of the ass kicking you're giving yourself in Pilates and cuz you're losing weight.
LOL> TAke your measurements and lots of photos. A stall is only a stall when neither the scale nor the measuring tape move for 3 weeks. Otherwise, it's a scenic Detour.

It is a stall. It happens to some during the first 2 months of surgery and others months after. I have had multiple stalls. My most recent lasted over 3 months. At that time, I had to learn to stop stressing the scale and just focus on getting fit. When I tell people how much I weight now, they do not believe me. They say I look 20 lbs lighter than they thought.
That is because I focused those months on toning and getting fit. This journey will help us change our minds and the obsession with the scale if we let it. By changing my focus from the scale, to lifting and increasing my stamina, I was able to track my inches, weight lifting increase and eventually break the stalls.

Agree with that last post - look up “stall” and you’ll see it is a hugely common topic on this forum!
It will break, it will. Just stick to your plan.
One thing that might help - when I am in a stall, it is often then that I drop a size in pants or shirts!

Stalls are a common part of the journey post-op. It took me 1 year and 4 days post-op to get to my goal. I promise you that more of that time was spent in a stall than actively losing weight. It is just the way it is.
Keep to your plan and make good decisions each day and the weight will come off it its own time.
    Good luck!

Yes, I just had surgery a month ago. After reading many posts here on BariatricPal I discovered that many, many people hit a stall at three weeks. My sleeve journey started in April or May 2017; it was at that time I first spoke with a weight management center in my local area. I weighed 209 pounds at the time (my highest recorded previous weight was 240, but I was able to drop a lot of weight on a combination of a Belviq and phentermine, but then the meds stopped working). Of course there are prerequisites to having the sleeve performed and I spent months satisfying all of the requirements. Around September or October 2017, I was concerned that if I stayed on a low fat, low carb diet that I would lose too much and no longer qualify for the surgery because my BMI was going to dip below 35 (I have comorbidities including sleep apnea). When I called my weight management center and discussed my concerns with them, they said that I didn’t have to be really strict with my diet because I still did not have a surgery date. Well, very foolishly, my diet became a free for all and I gained 20 pounds in a few months. Finally, on December 14, 2017, I met with my team and when the dietician saw the weight gain she immediately had me go on the pre-op liquid diet. I had weighed in at 229 pounds. My surgery was scheduled for 1/2/18, so I was on that pre-op diet over the holidays and for longer than the usual 2 weeks. In retrospect, I am grateful that my team made that decision and I am glad that I stuck with it because by the day of surgery I was back down to 209. Today I weighed 193.4 - that’s a total weight loss of 35.6 pounds in about 7 weeks. I think that’s outstanding!

Try alternating between your Clear Liquids and your Protein Shakes every hour...
At the start of each hour, pour four little one ounce cups, and try to make a goal of drinking one every 15 minutes in 10 or more tiny little sips. Rest between sips and keep them really teeny.
Don't take naps...you'll lose precious drinking time.
If you just actively make this the goal of your life....you'll get your fluids and Protein in. You won't get much else done...but you'll start to feel better and drinking will become much easier the more you drink.
