Safe to sleep on stomach?
I would think going to the side that doesn't have the stomach removing incision. Clue: probably the one most sore or taking the longest to heal. Would Biotene help your mouth? Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

Head hunger...
I have a question, it may have been answered on another thread. How does one differentiate between hunger, grhelin griping and gastrointestinal griping? Food doesn't make it feel better, even a tiny bit. Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

Safe to sleep on stomach?
Your mouth may be dry from back sleeping and swallowing all your saliva down. My guess you might be able to side sleep hugging a body pillow pretty soon. I was hoping a veteran might chime in soon with better answers. Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

How youuuu poopin’?
Sassysciencenerd sounds like your digestive enzymes and secretions are out of whack. 2 questions: do you still have your gallbladder and 2. Pancreatic malfunction gives you loose shiney stool. Is there an oil slick in the water when you go? Just asking. Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

Do you miss being overweight?
Yeah but you' d have a fighting chance of running, at my still size all I could do is knock him to the ground and sit on him until the Sheriff came. And if he's a perv he might enjoy it. Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

20 years of Lies
Like your nom de plume Pepsipants. There were times when mine should have been "Yeah I got room for that." But I am trying to be a reformed chubby-dub, trying to turn into slim Chicky. Baby. Hmm maybe at my age I should settle for Svelte Hen? Chicky Baby may not come in a 72 year old model. Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

Who is observing Lent?
Good for you Mrs G, and, although creekimp may shoot me with her laser, I WILL pray for you all. If she doesn't see me- goody. If she does, well I always wanted to be a martyr--- it was the initiation I hated the thought of Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

Does shopping count as exercise?
Tealael my late husband's friend Nowell, we called him THE VISION would tell you that you were imprisioned and handcuffed in a previous incarnation. Man slept with an upside crystal over his bed to funnel in the wisdom and power of the universe. Haven't heard from him in years, maybe the fool crystal fell down and impaled him. Who knows? Cheating
You'll make it sarhgrif and the other side will be so bright and beautiful if we keep on target. I say this being 5ft8in and 323 that's only a skosh better than where you're at, let's vow to do this together. Victory will be ours as the plump until we are the formerly plump. And on We roll. If I lose a lot of weight during the 6-month pre-op, how do I know if I should still have surgery?
Hey Tealael and Creek Imp have their act together, I'm starting on an equal weight footing with you, I've lost and gained over the years that fabled 100 lbs, Now I'm seeking surgery too. They both had the sleeve, age and comorbities dictate a RnY for me. I am more at this point concerned about not having the surgery than having it. I am 72, if something isn't done I'm looking at shortening my lifespan seriously, with GERD arthritis and apnea my quality of life is not great. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. If I can set my mind to doing it, I know YOU can. Buck up buckaroo--- we are in this together. Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app
