Thanks everyone. Sometimes you just need that reassurance from people who’ve gone through it as well. I appreciate it. I will keep sticking with it. Hopefully see some results soon.

I am 4 weeks post op as of today and my weight lost is slow. I appreciate the post, I need encouragement too. I started slow on my treadmill for 30 minutes, I am hoping this helps.

I was starving at 5 days too! I started with Greek yogurt and that helped a lot - Protein and it filled me up!

What diet are you on liquid or soft? On the liquid I ate creamed Soups and soft I ate minced meat and refried Beans.

I'm only 5days post op and I'm so hungry how did you deal with this part

This is interesting, I had a revision from lap band to RNY on December 6, 2017 and I am waking up the same way. I hadn’t thought nothing about it. [emoji102]
