  1. Thanks! I was so worried the chemicals in the dye might make it worse. Was it any particular one or the one from salons are fine?
  2. Has anyone had to dye their hair during the process of it falling out? My grays are starting to show but because my hair is falling out I’m afraid to get it done thinking the dying process may cause even more hair to fall out.
  3. I am about 5-6 weeks out now and still learning to eat much slower and know when I’m full. It has happened a couple of times where I have felt pain in my breastbone as well but have not spilt up at all. I just take a walk around and it starts to get better. I think the first three months when you start to be able to eat regular is a big learning stage.
  4. You’re right not everyone. I’m post-op my surgery was on 11/30 and I’m down 23 lbs but it’s been hard and I think that everyone is going through same thing so instead of people arguing on here they should be encouraging and help one another. [emoji4]
  5. Wow... I came on this appt thinking everyone was going to be helpful and considerate. Each and everyone of us are here because we are trying to make a positive change in our lives but all of the bullying and criticizing is just horrible!! So sad ☹️
  6. On week 2 and 3 was on mushy foods... creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, butternut squash soup, beans I was able to mash up and eat
  7. I’m on week 5 and haven’t had many issues at all. I have been able to tolerate everything I have eaten so far and I’m on soft/texture foods. I have one more week and then my nutritionist said I can then start to incorporate all foods just little by little to see what I can and can not tolerate.
  8. I was told after 6 weeks a glass of wine is okay but not before then ... Happy Anniversary!!
  9. I was able to have coffee a week after surgery and usually have about 6-8oz cup each day.
