There is a couple of things you can look at first what what was you like pria to surgery and if you are on fluids your pooping can be a lot slower. If you are worried try to have a chat with your Doctor or Dietitian

In the work l lifting is part of it l used to use my weight to do some of the lifting dose any one know a good web site to go though the how to lift correctly so when l am up to that point l can practice.
