Try a Probiotic! It’s really helped me with this issue.

I had Gallstones and 5 attacks in less than a month. I had mine removed. Doctor said it was pushing against my liver. I was 6 months post op.

I’m still taking my Bariatric Vitamins, but plan to go on the YLEO ones when my supply has depleted. I also have used NingXia after I knew my stomach was completely healed. I knew it would not do damage, just didn’t want to have a complication and have that blamed. I also used Digize for digestive issues a month out. I love my YLEO!

My date of surgery was 12/18/17. I’ve released officially 32 lbs from surgery date. Was at my 3 month post op appt a week ago. They said I was right on tract with my weight loss. I have a long ways to go, like 100 lbs.
if you noticed I said release. I was at a seminar that encouraged being mindful in how you speak. Such as saying lost, means you’re looking for it. Trust me, I’m not looking for those 32 lbs again! [emoji13]. Hope this helps someone in their journey.
I need to kick up my activity. Found out yesterday that I have bones spurs in my right hip joint. Going to try injections before going for surgery. Hope they work.

I take depression meds, I’m out 3 months from surgery and no serious issues at all.

I am a pre RnY, tell me about this product from,YLEO. Omeprazole didn't help that much so my gastroenterologist put me on Dexilant instead. I do not have Barrett's myself but had a cousin who died from esophageal cancer at 68.

I sent you a message.[emoji6]

I had/have Barrett’s, last upper GI scope that I had ( almost a year ago) showed that everything was healed. I took Omeprazole and used a product from YLEO, that helped support the healing.
Due to this issue, my doctor recommended Rouen Y Bypass. I had Bypass surgery on December 18, 2017. Best decision ever! I was on an antacid after surgery and have had no issues. I’m no longer using the antacid. I do still support my digestive system with the product from YLEO.

I would ask her, “So, when and where did you get your medical degree?” You would be amazed at how quickly that shuts up most people.

My surgeon recommended the Bypass as I have acid reflux. I could not be happier with the surgery! My surgery was 12-18-17, no issues with acid reflux and I am down over 30 pounds. Already walking is so much easier. Good luck k

That has to be horrible for you!! I loved my doc & his immediate staff. However the people I had to see for 3 months for guided weight loss, they were absolute idiots!! If you can’t switch, my prayer for you, is that the surgeon is impeccable and you have great results.
Just be careful about going out of network. They may say it’s okay to do, but then you may end with larger bill and insurance paying less.

You don’t want to wait too long before getting it checked. The longer you have the “foamies”, the more damage you could be doing to your esophagus. Please don’t wait.

It was at my 1 month out visit that I could add fruit, but no skin on it. I did have 1/2 of a banana mashed with a little Peanut Butter while on the purée stage. Definitely no citrus until doc or nutritionist says it’s okay.

I stayed 1 night.

I was told by a pulmonologist that I may never get off of my Cpap no matter how much weight I loose. I have small passages, so the pressure may reduce but that’s it. I’m I’m with that. I sleep so much better with it.

So glad that you got some!

If you can’t get some from your doc or nut, I would love to help you out. If you would want to email me your address, I would put enough to get you through until you can get more.

I had the revision from band to Bypass on 12/18/17. Due to scar tissue from band surgery, it took the doctor 5 hours to complete surgery. I got out the next day. I’m 56, was pretty tired and took naps everyday for almost a week. I slowly added in activity. Give yourself time to heal, your incisions might be an issue if you go back too early.

FYI, a probiotic worked wonderfully for me after I had mine removed. Inbox me for more info if you want to know what I use.
