I need some help with the vitamins!!! I don’t know why I have been thinking so much about vitamins and I haven’t buy them!!! Surgery 1/12 -
I have the same reason... I want to be able to do activities with them and be healthy for them!!! Am doing this for my little ones (5 and 3 years old).

Thanks God today I had my echocardiogram in the morning, at 3 pm the doctor called me and said everything is okay!!! And in the afternoon I got the letter from my insurance saying that THEY APPROVED MY SURGERY!!!!! January 12,2018!!!! My new history begins!!!! -
It will!!!! No worries, am excited (nervous too) but we are going to be so healthy!!!

I told my mother, brother and my fiancé. I told my friend when I started the process, but she doesn’t know that I will have my surgery, because she was so negative so I told her that I will not do it... am afraid of her reaction after the surgery -

In 2015, I had my gallbladder remove and for that surgery I was not nervous at all!!!!! But for the sleeve, I am so nervous! Extremely excited because I know is the best for me, but my best friend (like sister) she is doesn’t want me to do it, and always tell me about something wrong with the anesthesia, or bacterias.... and she try to scare me about the surgery. -

Ok so... I went today for the last appointment before my surgery... My pre-op diet will be one week before the surgery low carbs. 1 day before surgery liquid diet... but I hear the liquid diet is supposed to be 1 or 2 weeks before surg, so why is different with me? -
We have the same day!!!!
