  1. I have a Tumblr account where I post inspirational pictures and quotes and sometimes status updates.
  2. that's amazing!! I want to loose 91 more. I am down 20 lbs pre-op.
  3. Thank you for sharing! How much did you loose?
  4. It is Aveeno Positively Ageless Firming Lotion.
  5. Thank you! I got some firming lotion but I will have to get some Cocoa Butter now!
  6. I didn't realize you couldn't eat certain things like bread! I thought it was just limited in how much. I am pre-op and still have so much to learn!
  7. I am really leaning towards the Blaze. I tried on my friends and loved how it fit on my wrist.
  8. This might be asking a lot but I am pre-op and I am so worried what my stomach will look like after the surgery and weight loss!! I am 5'6 and 244 lbs. I am 28 years old so maybe my body can tighten up over time. I am just so worried what I will look like naked after I loose 100+ lbs. I really don't want plastic surgery or to have to always wear shape wear. If you are willing I would love to see before and after pictures of bare stomach!! Please and thank you! To start it off I will show my current stomach (so not hot!). Can't wait to share my after pictures!
  9. My Surgery will be end of January or beginning of Feb. I will find out on Jan. 9th when it gets scheduled. I lowered my deductible for this surgery. I am excited but the more forums I read the scarier it becomes. I think we all handle it differently and I hope my body does well!
  10. I have had the same concern. I am 5'6 and weight 244. I want to get down to 148 and I am wondering if there is a way to get the weight off and tighten at the same time. I am only 28 so maybe that will help me. Will working out and strength training help with the sagging?
  11. I have been thinking about this and I think I will finally treat myself to the lion head tattoo on my back I have been planning. It will look better when I am slimmer and will be a symbol of my strength and courage through this all!
  12. I haven't looked into that yet!
  13. When I started this process in April my mom and I were both going to get the surgery together but she found out that her insurance doesn't cover it. I am getting the Sleeve next month (no date yet) and I am super excited! I wish I had someone doing it with me though. I have enjoyed this website and seeing before and after pictures has been super motivating! I keep hearing that it is good to have a support system during this time. I have been telling my good friends so that they can support me but nobody really understands or knows what I will be going through after surgery. I want to be able to talk about everything and show the progress. Maybe a Blog is a good idea. I am not sure. I just get lost on this because there are so many forums and folders and people. I just really want friends who know what I am going through.
  14. I tried on the Blaze watch and totally loved it! It fits around my wrist really well. I never wear jewelry though so that would be hard for me. I have to save up for something that expensive though.
  15. It's not to big on your wrist?
  16. Hi guys! I am working on loosing weight pre-op and I want to get a Fitbit that helps me track the most important things for being healthy. Can anyone suggest their favorite? I don't want one that is too bulky but I do like he idea of having a screen. Thank you!
  17. I am looking forward to the day that my old crushes, who wouldn't date me because I was fat, rue the day they let me go.
  18. I am getting my surgery in February hopefully but the more I read these posts the more scared I am! It sounds like everyone reacts differently to the surgery.
