Absolutely! She has become one of my dearest friends, and I don’t know what I would do without her. =)

Don’t get discouraged! We have all come a long way. Just remember that these stalls are completely normal and they will pass. It is most definitely frustrating, but don’t let it stress you out. Stress can actually cause wait gain, so we make it worse when we do that! Lee your head up, stick with the basics and it will al work out! You are doing amazing!

Just over three years ago I met with my personal trainer, Erin, for the first time. During that first session she asked me what one thing is that I would love to be able to do, but can’t due to my size. My response..... ride roller coasters again! She promised to help me get there as long as I put in the work, and that she’d go with me when the time came. So here we are this morning heading to King’s Island to conquer them all! This amazing lady supports me, encourages me, and kicks my ass with her workouts. She even took the time to learn about sleeve surgery so that she would know the best way to help me afterwards.

Today’s my birthday so I took some new pictures and looking at the comparison is really helping me deal with the emotional aspect of stalling and realizing how far I’ve come. I also bought myself a full length mirror for the first time in my life and I’m excited to hang it up!
@redhead_che - you look incredible and you’re an inspiration! I can’t wait until my scale reads that number, although my stomach will never look that good in a bikini 🤣You look absolutely amazing!!! Congrats on your outstanding progress!!!

Thank you for the compliment! I most definitely have my days where I struggle for sure. When I am having one of those moments I sit down and read my journal about where Inwas and where I want to be. I started my journal before I had surgery. In it I wrote about how I felt about my weight and how it was affecting my health, as well as holding me back from doing the things I want to do. As I have lost Inha e wrote about the changes I notice in my health and all of the great things I can do now that i never dreamed possible. I also keep progress pictures in it. Sitting down and reflecting on those things gives me the drive to get back on track. It’s atill not easy, but it sure does help! You got this! We are ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!! You can do it and we are all here for support when you need it! <3. I have attached my most recent progress picture (face only) that I just looked at the other day when I as in a funk! It works! Give journaling a try and let me know if it helps you out. 🙂

Just had my six month follow up visit, and everything is going great. I was sleeved on 11/15/17 and was 333 lbs and a size 28, and weighed in today at 239 and am down to a size 16. What an amazing journey this has been. I can’t wait to hit that goal weight! Keep on posting people!!! I LOVE SEEING THE UPDATES! So proud of all of us!

Just wanted to let you all know, you all are awesome people ! You all are so beautiful ! Keep up the good work and some day I might take a picture of myself it's not comfortable for me, I feel like I'm still in the old body even though I have reached a 91 pound loss to date.
Again, all of you congrats on your weight loss journey !
That’s a great weight loss! Do not allow yourself to get discouraged! You will get to a point where you will notice every pound you lose, it just takes time to get there! [emoji846]. Thank you for your compliments!

Ok... the dreaded question... is anyone else battling chronic Constipation since surgery? If so, have you found anything that helps? This is horrible. I thought it would go away but it just isn’t. My diet is on point and I have started taking in extra fiber but it just isn’t working. =(

Today is the day—time to buy some “new” pants! I went through all my 16s...then 14s...now the 12s are falling off and I went to my closet and realized [emoji50] I don’t have any 10s! My budget tells me I can only go to goodwill or something right now but it’s exciting! Only 32lbs to goal now. We are rocking this November sleevers!
Congratulations! That is absolutely amazing!!!!

Is anyone else battling hair loss right now? I know they told me it was normal, but I feel like I’m losing ALOT! It is starting to worry me, because I can actually feel the difference in thickness of my hair now. I started taking Biotin a month ago, but haven’t noticed any difference. On a side note... I love this forum! Being able to communicate with and follow the progress of others who have been through the same procedure is so inspiring!

I have found that when I stall I just have to keep on trucking and not let the number on the scale get to me. Stress can make you out on weight, so just stay calm. The weight loss will always continue as long as you keep doing what you are supposed to do. Keep up the great work everyone! I love this group!

Hello [emoji3] I had my first visit with the surgeon on 10/20/17 I was 370 lbs.
4 weeks later on 11/21/17 I went into Surgery after being on a 1 week liquid diet at 361 lbs.
Today I am 312 lbs so total loss of 58 lbs so far [emoji3][emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]
I'm losing a lot slower now only 2-3 lbs per week but I am thankful everyday for my tool.

I’m two weeks post op today and walking out the door to go to the gym! I’m feeling good! Tired but good! Anyone else back at the gym?
I was sleeved on 11/15 and am also back at the gym, however, I’m only allowed to do cardio right now. No strength training until week six. I am down 35lbs and feel great! I can’t wait to see how the gym effects the speed of my weight loss!
