That shows your BMI as 32 ..your insurance doesn't require you to be over a certain BMI either??

I'm also doing the Premier shakes. 4 a day plus things like broth, sugar free Jello or pudding, low-sodium V-8 juice. The closest thing to solid I can have is some cream of wheat! But I'm determined to stick to it and start off on the right foot. I can't wait to get healthy! Let's keep in touch...
Yes lets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Excited to meet someone with the same date as me! do u have Facebook?

Hey all-
My surgery date is 2-7-18 and i start my liver diet tomorrow which will consist of 2 Premier Protein shakes and 4oz of meat and veggie for dinner. I can also have unlimited non starchy veggies throughout the day (like spinach, cabbage, ect) along with 1/2 cup of fruit with a shake and a nonfat greek yogurt as a snack.
One thing i have been striving to work hard on is my mental. Im sure i will be able to do it and i need to stop letting food fill different voids in my life.
Is anyone else starting tomorrow with me?

Approved in November yet surgery date 02/07/2018 due to my hospital all booked out supposedly
-
I have Anthem bcbc and went thru the 6 month process. Info was submitted to insurance which I heard back in a week that I was approved. The hospital gave the insurance a surgery date of 12/27 yet when I contacted the hospital once I was approved they sd the next availability that they have is 02/07/2018. Im so bummed bc I wanted it to be this year. I feel like I went thru that whole process yet still have to wait another 2 months. I know I should be excited that I at least got approved but I just didn't think I would still have to wait that much longer
-
Yes my friend has this insurance and first there was no waiting period then it was changed to 12 months which she was bummed about but out of no where they approved her 4 months in without any problem so I would submit and see what happens
