    I'm almost one year out from surgery and my weight loss has slowed down. Been same weight for 2 months 😪Help !!!!

      Same here. Will be a year ou on 11/14. Been at same weight for 2 months. Can't get below 200, started at 312. Carbs always 30-40grams, protein 100grams, calories 1000-1250. No sugar. What gives?
