Hey Everyone, 4 months out, in about a a few days will be 5 months. lost 81 pounds from surgery weight. lost 101 pounds from my highest from my starting highest weight. I had planned by June 21st which is the first day of summer that I was hoping to be in onederland andddddddd I DID ITTT. Currently standing at 199 pounds. ???

Hey everyone today was my one month post op appointment. Im starting to fit into pants i grew out of. ? Hw: 300 sw: 281 cw: 254

Had the same surgeon wonderful doctor. I am also 2 weeks post op.

Oh ok an thats normal i have one too i was told to keep drinking fluids it will dry up. Protein is going good so far except i only get 30g a day because i cannot stand protein shake anymore. My surgeon told me i need to have atleast 60g ?. Hows your proteins going?

Thank you everything is going well so far. How about you? I begin the pureed stage next thursday, im really looking forward for it.

Feb 1st here an started getting a cold an bidy ache yesterday have to see the the surgeon tomorrow hopefully i wont have to reschedule.
