Was wandering if anyone can tell me what the signs were that they needed to have their gallbladder removed

Went into Victoria secret today and I’m a medium. I used to have to squeeze into the larges and now I’m very comfortably into the mediums! Ive never been more happier. I’m loving this tool more and more every day!

Ideally I’d like to lose another 50
