Hi 2 weeks post op and I was 13lb down but third week and I’ve not lost anything!?! Is that normal or am I doing something wrong!?

I hit a 3 week stall and it lasted 3 weeks. If you're following Dr.'s orders & I'm sure you are - this is COMPLETELY normal. I didn't know about it before surgery, but read many posts about the "3 week stall" and you will start losing weight again. I'm just focusing on 64 oz water daily, eating as directed by the Dr., and slowly increasing walking distance. You've got this! Be encouraged!

QuoteI also hit a stall 14 days after surgery. I started at 249. I lost 17 lbs before surgery and 14 lbs in the 14 days after surgery....then no weight loss at all for 7 days now. It is discouraging, but I figured it would happen eventually. I just hope it doesn't last too long.
