  1. I don't weigh myself anymore. I'm 7 weeks post op. I just go by the way clothes are fitting and they are falling off of me. So that's a victory. I go for my 3 month follow-up in Jan so I'll weigh at the doctors office. I can't weigh myself it will seriously screw my head seeing the scale at the same weight. After my last stall I said Nope not weight myself again. I did lose tons of weight over night after my last stall but I haven't weighed myself since. Just sticking to my fish, steak veggies and protein shakes working my ass off. Don't get discouraged by the stall it will pass just push through it Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    DUMPING IS REAL!!

Yes it's real! I get it if I eat canned soup, sugar free ice cream and I tried eating some peanut m&ms.. never again. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
  5. Up your fat intake? Good fats like avocado, salmon, almonds. Keep carbs under 15 grams ( hard I know) and see if you lose weight Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

  7. I hit a 2 week stall while on vacation over Thanksgiving. Came home and dropped 8 pounds literally over night. The body works on its own schedule hang in there and drink tons of water. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
  8. Dr. Marvin has worked on me and both of my sisters. His bedside manner is professional yet caring. I had 4 abdominal surgeries prior to the sleeve and he did a terrific job. Minimal scaring and I was feeling better by week 2. I would definitely give Dr. Marvin a try. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

I'm taking OTC for acid reflux. Mashed potatoes are too heavy I tried that already. I tried eating 1 french fries and it hurt going all the way down. So won't be doing that again. I'm trying to get creative and make me a chocolate chip mug cake with my protein powder. I'm also making protein pancakes and peanut butter protein cookies. None of that matters because I can't eat any of it. So I'm just freezing it until I'm able to eat more than flaky fish *yuck* Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

My surgery was Oct. 16 I can only tolerate squash and zucchini and it has to be boiled and mushy. Gross I know but I can't do dairy it makes me too sick. I try and drink 1 to 2 protein shakes a day. Sometimes I can finish 3/4 of it and sometimes barely 1/3. Do you get the bubbles when you try to eat? Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

I can't eat anything. I seem to be going backwards with my eating. I could more 2 weeks after surgery then I can now. I get the bubbles in my throat and my stomach makes all these weird noises when I do try and eat. Cutting out dairy definitely helped I'm losing dramatically but the only thing I can eat that is solid is fish and occasionally veggies. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Destined to be fat?

If you have say "please don't scream" then you know exactly what you are doing wrong. So fix it. It's that simple. Follow your diet and let your yes mean yes and no mean no when it comes to food. Don't make it complicated. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
  15. You gotta a few more weeks before you start feeling normal. I thought I was never going to stand up straight after my tummy tuck but I finally did and it was the best decision I had ever made. Just give yourself some time to recover. It takes about 6 months to a year to recover and you will be happy that you did it. I promise [emoji4] Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

    Waist training

Good luck with it! I tried it years ago and it was painful. Very painful. I was already thin with a nice figure so I don't know what the hell I was thinking??? Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
  17. Take away 1 shake and add more veggies. Drink water water water and do HITT cardio 3 out of the 5 days. If you don't have a gym membership then walk for 3 min and run as fast as you can for 10 seconds. Do this in intervals for 30 min. Do this for 1 week and I bet the scale moves [emoji6] Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

Same here. Been at a stall. It could be my monthly cycle? But I think it's the dairy from yogurt, cottage cheese and string cheese. I'm going to cut out all dairy these next 2 weeks and stick with soft fish and veggies. Hopefully it will help Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

I was getting around 50-60g of protein a day but now it's more around 40g. I have a hard time eating. I can't finish my protein shakes or a 3oz can of tuna. My doctor said everything looks good no worries. Just eat the little that I can and take my vitamins. He did give me a nasil b-12 so I'll start that this week to see if it helps.
