  2. Hernia repair. Same recovery and having to drink fluids for a while. I’m being upfront about mine because I think people will notice. [emoji16]

  5. Haaaaaa gawd I can’t wait for a cup of tea though! I leave in 40mins so just trying to keep busy. I tried to talk my doc out of doing one but he was like nahhhhhh. I know some doctors don’t do them. I guess it’s safer really, to check for stuff :-)
  6. I do feel for you. It also seems so hard to get surgery in the states and a lot of jumping through hoops. I do hope that you find a way. You're so worth it. Maybe you just need to. It's your life here and you are precious. Very best wishes
  7. That's so great! As my sleeve is not for 2 weeks I have nothing to share... apart from that it is nearly midday and my endoscopy isn't until 3 pm. Bless the diabetics who always get in first And I haven't even had a cup of tea! Poor me! Lol... it's so worth it though :-)

  17. Do you get nausea and sweating and near fainting with your diahorrea? Because that’s dumping. Not just the diahorrea. That’s just diahorrea! Call your surgeons office, maybe you need some medication to stop it for a while.[emoji846]

  20. Oh no! Well I guess it’s all going to come out!! The miralax should shove out the Metamucil but maybe give your surgeons office a call. You might need extra something to be sure! Poor you! It’s the sort of thing I would do!!!!
  21. Yes! I’m originally from England and then all places inbetween but I’ve kept the habit of English spelling! Don’t eat the celery!!! It’s horrible when cooked anyway, you would be like mehhhh. The doggy is going to be so pleased!!! He might want some steak in there [emoji12]
