  1. I’m in day 3 and I don’t have gas pain in my shoulders, but it’s inside me. I feel like I’m constantly grumbling around in there ready to burp or hiccup after any sip. I need to move around more I think. Are you walking around?

Been walking a lot ..... put heating pad on my shoulders this morning, seem to relieve things ... but was all back within an hour!!!
I spoke with a nurse in the family this eve & she said the blood thinner I am taking can cause the shortness of breath!!!

  2. My Surg was 11/28... I expected to have gas pain last 2-4 days! It seems to be just as bad as day one & can get intense enough to stop me in my tracts, is this the norm? Also am on a blood thinner for 10days, I am experiencing shortness of breath from time to time... is this due to the blood thinner, or a symptom others experienced???

Any & all info is appreciated!!!

  3. Got my sleeve on the 28th. Gas was bad. Home now. When I drink it hurts. Maybe I'm taking to big of sips? Feels like a bomb hitting my stomach. But I did have hernia repair too.

We share some commonalities... my surg was 11/28... when I woke up they told me I had hernia repair done! I was released from hospital on the 29th! I took it easy that day sticking to clear fluids! But on the 30th I tried all day to get Protein in... I managed about 40grms. Today is a new day, I have already had two shot glasses full of protein drink!!! Yes it makes you feel full, like a bomb hit your stomach!!! I been told no more than 1 to 2 oz at a time!!!

  4. I️ am sched for surg 11/28.... I️ ordered the Patches, I️ have been on patch medication before & absorbed it well, so the concept I️ really like, I️ ordered a two month supply which will bring me to my next bloodwork ... so I️ will know if it is working well or not! If it isn’t keeping my levels where they should be, then I️ will go to oral Vitamins !
