Contact your surgeons office I had a follow up appointment yesterday and one of the questions they asked me was about shoulder pain. Though I didn't have any I suspect it may be a sign of something. Better to be safe than sorry later on.

Oops . I was wrong. I’m one month post op and still feel sick too often to work.. so I’m not going yet.

I will be one month post op next Friday and haven't returned to work, my follow up with the doctor is this Wednesday some days I feel ok and other days I don't. What does your doctor say about returning to work?

No you are fine, roasted chicken is healthy. My surgeon didn't require liquid diet just Protein Shakes along with a Protein meat and veggies or salad. Every surgeon is different. They probably just want to prepare you for the 2 week liquid diet after the surgery

Hi Kathy what stick blender are you using? I can't seem to blend any of my meat so I'm sticking to ricotta and cottage cheese. tuna and canned chicken are too dry to get down. I too am in the puree stage week 3

Yea I didn't think to try on my old clothes yet. I have some closer cleaning to do lol.

I'll have to go to a craft store to get flexible measuring tape. I did not measure myself previously so I don't know where I started

I'm down 24lbs from 258 SW to 234 CW, but I don't see any difference nor do I feel different. Clothes fit the same. Is this normal?
