    I'm on day 5 of the liquid diet and today was a major struggle. I had a headache that would not go away. I broke down and ate 2 scramble eggs. My headache went away almost immediately.     My immediate family and my co-workers are aware of my surgery. I don't care who knows but what I dislike are the people who say, why don't you hire a trainer, join the gym, or go running...instead of the surgery. Duh...done all those things.     Oh I was thinking about the after the surgery,lol. 7 days prior to my surgery I'm on a liquid protein diet which is similar to stage 2. After the surgery I go to clear liquid diet.     I know I'm making the right decision and I'm comfortable with my choice. My only issue is finding foods that don't make sick. I hate vomiting...it's the worst feeling ever. Just kind nervous about social and family events. Making my new habits work with my day to day. Is anyone else coping with that.....
