Starting Weight: 268lb Surgery Date: 10/30/17 Surgery Weight: 250lbs Goal Weight: 180lbs Current Weight: 144lbs For the most part, I loosely stick to my food plan. I do venture outside of it often but I workout 6-10 hours a week, so it balances out. I’m so glad I made this life changing decision! I love my new body and all of my health problems have gone away!
