One week post op I can have yogurt and soft cheeses now! I wish I had better control of my emotions. I had been stable on my meds for bipolar and anxiety until now... Now it feels like I'm off my meds completely, which I'm not. I know I need to be patient and let myself feel what I need to but I don't wanna hmmpf *crosses arms and pouts* I just want my moods to stabilize again. 

My stall is over   Im excited and I think I will start out on the treadmill tonight and go get some things to do strength training tonight Im excited to be loosing again even if its just 2 lbs I have almost made it to 50lbs im excited to have this time to do great things for me  today will be a good day 

I am on my pre-op liquid diet for 7 days I am on day #4 I Need help with a liquid Multi vitamin my surgery is on Oct, 10
