Hey Fam!!! After 3 weeks of traveling, I'm finally home and can focus on getting to the sub-300 mark!!! My days have been filled w/ too little food and exercise, but an abundance of cocktails!! Pray my strength (cleanse/boot camp starting in the AM)

was excited to see 313.8 on the scale this AM... I just want to skip the rest of the 300s and see a 2 something, something on my scale!!!!

is doing much better today... Partly because I've stopped coughing and the rest is pure GRATEFULNESS!!!

Update.. I have a severe sinus infection... no dairy, alcohol, strenuous exercise for 7-10 days... Antibiotics, cough med, inhaler, nasonex, water and rest!!...

is little bombed out... I have a bad respiratory infection and I can't go to my aqua class... Praying my doc doesn't put me on best rest!!! UGH!!!

is sooooo sore from aqua aerobics last night!! Geez!!! But, I've worked out 3 times this week at the gym and I'm EXCITED!!!

I haven't weighed myself in 2 days... That's almost a record! I've decided not to be a slave to the scale..instead, I'll enjoy life w/ Sleevina!!!

is determined to stay positive and ignore my obviously broken scale!!!! LOL... I love losing inches, but I want to see pounds gone too!!
