Hey Sleeve Twin... Slow and steady wins the prize!!! Just keep following the rules... I was at my support group and the vets told me to stop stressing and just know that the weight will come off... At least 64-80 oz of water and 80+ grams of protein... It will come off!!

I wouldn't say it sucks for me... I'm blessed to have a few "brothers" who always do sweet things for me... I call it Singles Awareness Day!! I don't like the pressure of holidays... heck, we should be good to each other each day!!

I was too tickled to respond!!! So, he's this cute guy w/ lots of tatts and piercings.. I'm a nerd.. for real.. LOL.. My friend's found it hilarious... not that he hit on me, but that I didn't know what to say/do... I know what I WANTED to say.. but it wasn't quite appropriate!!!

Catracks, thanks for this post.. I went to support group tonight and it was AMAZING!!! A few chatty cathies... but, lots of support and encouragement... I talked about my anxiety and fear when it comes to eating.. got a lot of helpful hints.. the biggest being... GET PROTEIN and WATER in.. the weight will come off!!!! LOL

Fitforlife.. YES!!!!!! UGH!!! Morphine makes me nauseous!!! And they pumped me full of it in the PACU and in my room... until after my leak test.. UGH!!! I after the first night and getting up a few hours after surgery (feeling like a Mac truck hit me 12 times), I didn't want anymore pain meds cause I felt like ripping my IVs out!!

Well, I'm losing inches but not many pounds!! It's a little disturbing!!! I've lost 22-24 pounds since surgery on 12/19/11..

WOW... I think I'm eating too much!!! LOL...

I'm a little bombed as well.. I've lost 22-24 pounds since surgery...(12/19/11)... but I feel great...I'm 24/26 from 28/30 and my back doesn't hurt as much... I'm trying hard not to compare my progress to others, since we all have different journeys... I lost 17 pounds two weeks after surgery.. so it's been very slow for me... I'm trying to get all my Protein and Water in this week, while keeping carbs low.. I walk, but not much else is way of exercise.. i'll be ramping that up as soon as I'm over this sinus infection.. Prayerfully weightloss will kick in!!!

Very NICE!!! I can hardly wait until I lose another 50-70 lbs.. I'm treating myself to a weekend in Vegas or Miami!!!
