I can drink about 32 oz of water in 30-45 minutes... When I forget and take a chug, Sleevina gives me that "calm down chick" feeling.. and it's horrible!!!!

Deb, you are doing great...This is a very physically, mentally and emotionally engaging journey.... Do me a favor, take the word ONLY from in front of your weight loss.... you are doing AMAZING!!! 26 lbs is a great loss... and it gets better!!!! Enjoy your journey!!!

I couldn't wear my underwires for a while.. but I wore regular comfy support bras and sports bras.. I'm not that blessed in the chest, but I still didn't want to walk around free as a bird!!!

One of my incisions was right above my belly button... so any pants that button, irritated it....

I for one have a great emotional attachment to my clothes!!! I shop a lot and I have tons of very nice things... I know where I purchased each piece and what I was feeling when I got it... It has been difficult for me to part w/ my things.... le sigh.... but, I can't now and never will again be able to fit them.... it's bittersweet for me... Does that sound crazy???

My hospital gown was big enough for two other people!!! I had to wrap it around twice to keep from tripping! I wore yoga pants and a tee home w/the me...oh and a sports bra to keep my girls off of my incision.

You are in control of your journey... The only expectations you should be concerned with are your own!!! Yes, there are people who look to us for guidance and support because we are sleeved already, but I wouldn't put added pressure on myself.... One day at a time.... make a better decision if you need to... but, don't dwell on it... Be perfectly you!!! BTW, you're doing an awesome job!!

My bites are normal for a normal size person who eats at a normal pace... When I take a pre-Sleevina bite, she let's me know in no uncertain terms that she's running the show!!! I actually forgot and took a huge gulp of Water... it was AWFUL!!!

I've already starting missing my boobage!!! LOL... from a 48DD to a 46C (and falling!!!).... Thank God for padded bras!!!

You're doing great!!! I read somewhere that a stall was when you aren't losing pounds or inches...

Early on, I was very disappointed.. only because I was looking at others dropping big numbers and thinking something was wrong with me.. BUT, I've learned that we each have our own journey to weight loss and wellness.. Each is so unique and we do ourselves a disservice when we compare and compete w/ others... As long as we are doing what we need to, the weight will come off IMHO... Discouragement will happen... but don't dwell there.. switch stuff up, measure yourself.. I've gone from a size 30 to 24/26 and I've lost 35 lbs since surgery that was almost 3 months ago.. I only recently started losing again... We will be fine.. we just have to work our sleeves!!!
