  1. I am not talking about going pee I am talking about going number 2 all the time.
  2. I have been having to run to the toilette every time I eat or drink something. I am sure going through the toilette paper! Anyone else have this problem?
  3. I have been disappointed in my weight loss. At my surgery day I was 261 with a bmi of 36. Right now I weigh 239. I called my Dr about it and they told me that I was doing well. I guess we who have low bmi's just lose slower even though we arent eating much. My goal weight is 178.
  4. Plus I am lifting weights at the gym every other day.
  5. I am drinking a vanilla protein shake right now. So I will get 40 grams of protein today.
  6. There is alot of protein in lentils and black beans which I eat tiny portions of through the week. I have some black beans in the crock pot right now.
  7. Well I am going to start using protein powder made with milk. I put it in the blender and make a shake with it. I was using sweetened protein powder and it was too rich for my stomach and it made me feel sick.
  8. My water intake is not where it should be either. I am getting about 2 liters per day. When I drink too much water my gut hurts.
  9. I have an unsweetened protein powder that has 20 grams of protein per scoop but I have no used it yet I just bought it. I am going to make some black eyed beans in the crockpot today and that should provide some nice protein.
  10. I am 2 months post op as of tomorrow the 9th of July and I do not get near 300 calories a day. I have only lost 21 pounds so far. Two little yogurts and I am full. I try and eat a little bowel of oatmeal in the morning with a tablespoon of brown sugar.
  11. I have been taking Ibuprophen pm at night. Wanted to know if it is safe for us to take?
  12. I would go down to the County Courthouse and file for a divorce. If she cant be supportive then she wont be supportive after the surgery.
  13. I had a burrito with salsa and my stomach hurts.
  14. Well I really thought there was a possibility that I might get a slightly upset stomach but no, it did not get that. I didnt even catch a buzz. I dont need to be drinking alcohol and will not be doing that again for a while.

  16. It doesnt matter what my Dr would recommend. It worked for me.
  17. On July 3rd I went to my favorite bar and had 3 Irish coffees and nothing happened. I barely caught a buzz. I didnt get sick or get an upset stomach. I am 2 months post op and it was nice to watch the soccor game on the TVs and sip my Irish coffee. Now this does not mean I will do this all the time but now and then it is a nice stress reliever.
  18. I found that after surgery I cannot eat scrambled eggs or cheese. They make me gag.
  19. My surgery was May 9. I started working out 1 week ago. It really helps me.
  20. how much was your Ninja? It it a blender or a food processor?
