hello all...so I am wondering what is up..
my gut looks like it's covered with dimples..etc..is that it getting smaller....from looking like a balloon all smooth to looking like a hamburger..

wanted to ask..where does most lose their weight first and what takes longest...im still waiting for my tummy to go down....

so today I am down 62 lbs...but it my mind..i don't see it..
my pant size is smaller...which feels good..but I still have what I feel is a huge belly....maybe I am just being hard on myself..i dunno...
anyone feel this way after weight loss?

hello all.
I'm a local truck driver up in Barrie not Canada and finding it hard to eat during the day..im looking for some ideas on things I can bring for lunches on the go..quick..any thing will appreciated.

ok all..last night I had an egg roll and a wonton soup...omg I have been so sick today...
not sure if that's the reason I sugar in the plum sauce...i don't know..
anyone else experience this..?

So surgery weight was 331..and now 2.5 months later I'm down to 279.
but my stomach area appears only a bit smaller..i do notice the areas I have lost some weight..my arms..neck..across my shoulders..
but what about my gut??
has anyone in approx size found that...is the stomach area slow to lose mass or something..

So weight at surgery date 331...Sept 1st.
Now I am 287...does this seem about normal..I expected more be honest...
just wondering what the consenus is .

I'm in the same place..sometimes u lose lbs and not inches..other times it's inches and not pounds..

Hey everyone..I hope you are all healthy..and happy.
lately I have been experiencing different moods..one hr I am happy...then depressed...then feel discouraged...
anyone else feeling these swings..and maybe have an idea why?
7 wks post op.

myself I've had two beers .one..and then about 3 hrs later another..felt no affect other than a bit of gas..
6 wks post op.

the way I have seen it..ur not gonna find any doctor to tell I my it's ok...
u may feel drunk fast ...and u most likely will blow over on a breathalyzer dinner.. and for a longer period of time...
the sugars may make u dump...the carbonization may give u gas ..
as far as I know.. those are common considerations..

Take ur wife to emerge..dont wait..
it doesn't seem normal...and at 3.5 wks she needs to eat..she needs that food that's she us not getting.. something isn't right ..make a drink.. make a scene..whatever..get her looked at.

in my first three weeks i have liat 30 lbs..tgen switched to soft and then to solids and I lose 2 lbs..then gain..then nothing..for almost 3 wks now.
Doc and nut says it's fine but I'm not losing weight...following the meal plans..lots of fluids...and NOTHING!!
I fear this is my new life...is this as good as it gets..km frustrated and depressed all the time thinking about this.
one thing I am doing that I should is I can't stop checking my scale...been three weeks in this stall didn't think it would last this long..
Sry for the vent..just overwelmed
