I lost 13 lbs the first week then went on a 2 week stall with absolutely no loss. I tried to focus on healing and not loss for the first week. I am 1 month out and 23 lbs down. I started walking and exercising as early as I felt good.

I haven't really explored the app or website very much, I guess I need to do that. I was just excited because I had found so much useful info, answers to my questions and questions for my nutritionist & surgeon.
