Well this is my first post, started my diet even though he didnt require a 2 week diet I am doing it. I am having my surgery Sept 27th in Tiguanna Mexico, I am starting to question rather I am crazy or not for doing this honestly, but I do know my back, my knees and my over all well being should be so much better. I guess my only concern is and I know it sounds stupid is drinking a cold beer or having a bourbon on the rocks again..

Ladies you'll be fine!!! Don't worry. I've had no complications I followed the rules. One year out I still get full off of 3 or 4 bites

Omg!! I remember these days! I was sleeved 9/9/17. I was 299 day of surgery now I'm 165. Best decision I've ever made
