Hi! Glad to read from you. It is so hard to relate to others who have been super sucessful from the start. They don't understand the depression and helpless feeling when you gain back so much weight. For me I am a snacker, but also eat regular portions of food or too much. So I eat as I did post op. Yep bad patient. Its all stress eating. Emotional eater. Be happy to keep in touch and share, lend support!

I know exactly what you mean! I am very depressed and feel as though I am a failure. I had lost so much and had felt so great and here I am 2 months shy of being 2 year pre op and I am getting far to close to my pre op surgery.
What is bad is I know what to do I just can't seem to do it. I need to go back to the doctor for a follow up but I am ashamed so I haven't gone. But I know I need that support and honestly I need the tough love.

Hello! I need a buddy too! I am almost 2 years post op and have also gained back more than half my weight. I am beyond depressed and know I am my worst enemy. I am a overnight binge eater. I do fairly well during the day but when I go to sleep I wake up all through the night and eat. I am miserable and truly need support so I don't feel so alone.
