I'm a week in and still finding it a bit difficult to get 64oz in [emoji29]
You will get it. I had my surgery on the 11th and I'm just getting all my Water down throughout the day.

They will. You have to do your part and walk. Also becareful sipping so that you want shallow air.

Hello,
I had my surgery yesterday 9/14. All went well :-). Just wondering if anyone could tell me when I can expect the pain to subside? Gas pains have been pretty uncomfortable overnight [emoji20]
I just had mine on 9/11. The first day i walked and walked and walked some more. I'm 4 days in and I just woke up a little stiff but I just walked it off. It takes time my friend. Sip correctly please and pass gas the best you can. The gas x strips are a lifesaver. My wife popped one in just as i woke up I'm my room.

I had my surg 22.8.17 having a rough time ATM glad to have found this group
I'm trying to sip on my Protein Shake now and it just a life change. I refused to be ones and sick. It will get better soon keep your had up.

I just had my surgery and it was hard that first day but 3 days in I'm feel ok. My max weight was 360 and before surgery I was 330. My goal is 185. I'm 5'11

I’m 10 months post op and the pre op diet is very important. Acclimate to your new lifestyle and If you can’t stick to that diet you will be miserable post up
