You look amazing I'm so jealous [emoji24] Today marks the day of my surgery 4 weeks ago, I have been in a dark place due to things going on in personal life, but mainly due to what I've done to my body and worried I'll never get my life back, I think the hardest part at the moment is I'm so down and I can't have a drink or party as I normally would when things get you down!, and the number one depressant ATM is the fact I haven't lost one single Kilo in 3 weeks! I'm trying my hardest to stick to my eating plans only protein! Around 600 cal a day, I struggle as I can only have certain break times at work, I'm drinking about 1.5 litres of Water a day I can now keep my vitality tablets down! I see people on here losing so much weight what is going on with me? SW-317 CW-295 GW-154

I lost 11 kilos post op 5 of those in the first week after surgery now nothing

I'm also feeling extreme down ATM I don't miss food one bit, but I miss that weekend catch up and drinks, I am about to hit my month since surgery on Tuesday and I have not lost one single kilo in 3 weeks I feel as though I've made the wrong decision at this point, something is wrong

Hi all, I had my surgery almost a month ago I lost 4 kilos in the first week, since I haven't lost a single kilo, what's going on, I feel like I've made the wrong decision

Today I got on scales and have lost 1/2 kilo, I had just had 600 mls of water and haven't been to toilet in a couple of days so fingers crossed the weightloss is starting again 🤞🏼

I had my sleeve surgery on August the 22nd, been a struggle but things are slowly looking up only thing I'm worried about is the fact I haven't lost weight since a week after surgery, so let's hope that starts soon

I'm doing everything as the surgeon and dietician reccomends, I'm not getting as much water as I should, sometimes eating less calories than I should per day, I lost 5.5 kilos on my 10 days pre diet
