Hi, I'm 22 years old, living in SF, and was sleeved on 9/5. I'm hoping to find support groups or other people my age who have had weight loss surgery. This whole journey has been very hard and Id like to make friends who can relate to the struggles that come with weight loss surgery.

I was sleeved on 9/5, still on only liquids, and have not hit my required daily 60g of Protein since surgery. I currently drink Premier shakes, but can only get a few sips in before I get this weird chest pain and give up trying to drink it. I'm not sure what's wrong with me. Any tips on on how to meet my protein requirement while still in the liquid stage?
