Do a site search for the infamous week 3 stall. Tends to happen as people move into solids. Totally normal and losses will resume. Follow your surgeons instructions and you should be fine.

I had the sleeve 2 and a half weeks ago. I was loosing a pound a day. Then once I started mushy foods the weight loss slowed. I'm eating about 600 to 800 calories a day. Is this to much?
