I actually got call this afternoon with what I owed before the surgery and it's $320 I have Anthem BCBS of KY

I have BCBS but of KY they submitted all of my paperwork to my insurance on the 8th and I had a response and phone call back from my Dr office on the 16th. I would give it a couple more days. But I was told they have 15 business days by law to give an approval or denial. The waiting game is the worst :-( fingers crossed you hear something soon
