Bypass is more dangerous because you work on the bowel. My doctor is almost 100% for the sleeve it's safer. But good luck either way.

I make small goals.. I'm 44 days out and down 44 pounds my first goal was 20 lbs. Now it's 50lbs. But also I can jog now and I can cross my legs. Look at overall goals not only the scale.
