I AM NOT MY SIZE

OMG!!! Isn't this the hardest? I'm on day seven and I feel like I'm going out f my mind. I haven't cheated yet, but I sure want to. My husband is grilling ribs and chicken and got all my favorite sides... sometimes I think he's trying to sabotage me. LOL!! My head hurts, I'm cranky. Lord please give me the will power to stay on track. I've come to far...right?

You are so welcome. You're right I am between a rock and a hard place. I always pray before going into anything. I have to take Jesus with me and pray He will give me the correct words to say and the correct way to say them. Thank you for kindness.

I am so sorry about your brother. I really want to cry, I just don't know what to do. My insurance company said I will have to get approved all over again. I don't have the time to take off my job, I have used all my time with this surgeon and the time I will be off after surgery. I am going to call him and express my concerns to him. I will let him know how he has made me feel and if he feels he can't give me the treatment I need without being bias, I will have to move on. I will also tell him I am going to have an endoscopy done to make sure everything was done right and enough stomach was taken out.

Oh my, your friends had the surgery and gained the weight back? Now, that scares me. I am determined to do this and do it right. I have tried every diet plan there is. My surgeon don't seem to think I really need the surgery. I am 5'2", I weight 204, my BMI is 35.6, but I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol , severe sleep apnea. acid reflux, and a pre diabetic. I'm one of the lucky ones, my body has a lot of muscle and hardly any flab, so I don't look as big as I am, but that still shouldn't make him judge me the way I feel he did. I think he thinks I'm being vain, but I told him I have been feeling horrible lately due to the extra weight and health problems. I pray he does the surgery right and don't leave to much stomach in. I just don't feel like going back through all this to use another surgeon. My insurance company said I could, but everything would have to be resubmitted and approved again. What would you do in this case? I know doctors take an oath of ethics, but as we know not all of them live by it.

Thank you so much @Sherrie Scharbrough and @Bhageerah!!! I really needed the inspiration. No one really knows I'm having surgery, so of course everyone wants to know why I'm not eating. I simply said my doctor put me on a two week liquid diet because I have to have a test ran. I just don't want to hear everybody's judgement. That's truth what you said Bhageerah, about separating myself from friends and family, because Lord know my friends and family like to eat! LOL! Also, yes I have a few friends that are firefighters and they always talk about the good food they eat.
