I am curious if anyone had the revision from the band to sleeve and have United Healthcare. If so, what requirements did you have with them and did they cover the cost? Thanks for any input. In AZ and needing help with questions!

im new here and i have uhc but im trying to get approved for a revision from a sleeve to bypass due to gerd and hernia . my question is will i have to go thru the 6 month evaluation again like i did for the the sleeve

I want to know anyone that was able to have the sleeve surgery at the same time as band was removed. Also anyone that has United Healthcare and how hard and what all did you have to do to get approved. Thanks for any assistance.
