I have had this happen one time exactly two days ago... I am not sure if it is because I ate one two many bites, I had about 8-10 bites or Im not sure if It was the frozen yogurt ice pop I however had my heart wanting to explode out of my chest I became hot and dizzy worst feeling I have had since pre-op I walked for nearly two hours around my yard until finally it stopped. I do hope it happens to get better for you as I never want it to happen again mannnnnn Sending good vibes your way

I am almost six weeks post op and I still feel sick no matter what I eat or drink even following all the rules I have learned to take everything extra extra slow because it is no fun to get air in your stomach or NO fun to feel sick. Good luck and I hope your sick to your stomach feeling goes away or at least gets better as Im hoping mine does too

The one thing I have learned is that everyone has their own journey just hold tight keep working the program and the weight will come off. I just had an almost 2 week stall that I did not loose one single pound I thought the same things "what did I do?" "why is this not working" "Im hardly eating and staying my same weight" "what did I do wrong" IT WILL PICK UP just keep working the program GOOD LUCK <3

Gassy Girl do you know the cause of the itching? do you know why I feel the way I do? Im wondering because no many people talk about this unless its the sites from surgery this is seriously all over my body good news the B12 did help NOT all the way but I have a little less itch at this point of my day

I had a VSG on 08/28 I only took 10 days off I think I could of came back to work sooner I however did come back to work fairly tired.. I think it depends alot on the type of work you do I work a desk job so it is a little easier for me to get back into the swing of things

Jello made me the same way I tolerated it very well before surgery and after it just was not the same.. I have had to not eat it at all it made me very very sick to my stomach and gave me the same reaction your having... broth and the Premier Protein did fine as well as Water but that jello was a NO NO, Good luck and I hope you feel better soon

I am currently Pushing myself to get in my fluids and My Protein as yesterday was the first day I was able to get my fluids and my protein down in a week, SO I CONSIDER IT A WIN I also forced myself to work out yesterday ( a very low workout) today Im paying for it as my sites on my stomach are very much painful today...I am currently as many other experiencing the 3 week stahl.. My doctor did give me a heads up on this said it could only last a couple days but can last up to two weeks I have been doing my very best to only jump on the scale at my doctors office (leaves me not feeling let down this way) and taking measurements once every 2-3 weeks ... I HOPE EVERYONE ELSE is doing well
-
I was sleeved the exact same day.. some days are better then others, currentlly Im working on getting my Protein down but my GURD man I have a doctors app in just a couple weeks because it seams that is what is going on I however am loosing and trying my best to look at the positives of what I did to myself ONE DAY AT A TIME hope your journey is going well
-
I also started my Pre-Op diet a week early to just prepare myself for what was to come... I am now 2 weeks post op and some days are better then others. However I wanted to instill in myself better eating habits as once I am at goal I do not want to gain . I also lost the thought of food 2-3 weeks prior to my big day.. Food used to excite me and before surgery it no longer did... currently I do miss pickles I also miss tacos, weird I no but I am aware they are only cravings and I will live with out them

I had a hard time with my Water and Protein the first week I am currently 12 days post-op every single day is easier. I had to switch things up alot what saved me was sugar free ice pops, and Vitamin water 0 the lemonade kind.... anything that you can get it just keep taking very small sips --- Hope you feel better sooner
