I was very nervous too and more when my kids asked about the surgery...when i told them about it I have to said it was ok and I was very scared. The surgery was the easy part!!! The recovery is slow at least for me!!!But when you feel the energy and you begin losing the weight it is all perfect!!'

My sugar levels were very high and I got medication and was not working! The pills that can work were not for me because I had pancreatitis...I have to do something! I have the surgery and now I do not need any pills...my sugar levels are normal and I am 7 weeks from surgery. -

Hi! Don't be scared! I was super scared at the beginning but after a week I did not have to have a lot of my pills( now I am having only one pill of metformin for diabetes).My blood is almost normal and i have a lot of energy. it is not easy!!! At the beginning you have to learn to est again!!! But if you follow the instructions you will be ok!!! i am still having problems with solids!!! But little by little you begin to eat regular foods!!! I am still missing salads!!! lots of luck!!!

That's ok everybody loose weight different. I began with 235 and now I am 203.Stack at this weight for a week!!! The funny thing is that the more I eat the more I loose! good luck!

Hi! I am doing well in my recovery! How about you? i am in liquids for 2 weeks and now i did not tolerate the protein lol ... i feel like a baby beginning to eat ! The nutricionist and my doctor are calling me each 2 days to see how I am doing, that give the assurance that I choose the right doctor!!! Hope you are doing well!

I weight 235 the day of my surgery ... now I am 207 ( 5 weeks after) Did you follow all the directions? I stop loosing because I was eating so little when I began to eat more I began to loose. Hope you do better! -
