It has been 6 months and I’m down over 100lbs now i am at a stall. I need suggestions. Have only lost 1lb in the last few weeks. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I was sleeved on 9.7.17 type 1 diabetic on a insulin pump. It really takes a lot of juggling. I still have many lows and adjust daily. I was told by my surgeon to do what I always did if I have a low. I take my pump off when it’s low and have a carb. It doesn’t take much after surgery. Good luck

9.7.17 was surgery. I’m not counting calories but Protein Shake Breakfast yogurt Protein shake lunch snack then dinner protein and veggie.

I last weighed in on 9.26 abd I was at 360 today I weighed in and was at 357 only 3lbs down. I am very disappointed and need help. I work out everyday please advise.

I had surgery yesterday and I am really sore my neck back abd throat. It also hurts so bad to cough. I had Tomato Soup and I am really sore in my stomach area. Any advise please
