  1. Hey girl I live in Jacksonville Florida. I had the surgery through Mayo Clinic August 15th. I'm doing OK so far. It's hard to keep my mind right. I did bad today and ate stuff I'm not supposed to but my stomach let me know quick fast and in a hurry.
  2. I have hunger pains too. And I know that's what it is. Yeah, I think we need to add more protein.
  3. Yeah I definitely have to add ice. I hate that think froth that's always in the top of mine when I add fruit.
  4. Hi, I am about 2 weeks post op. Today I had a little bite of Mac and cheese and fried chicken without the skin. Just a few bites of it. Now I'm having spasms in my stomach. My biggest concern is creating a leak in my pouch. Can I do this? How would I know? Can someone please help me? I'm so scared I'll definitely be doing liquids the rest of the week.
  5. Me!!! My surgery is the 15th!! Sent from my Redmi Note 4 using BariatricPal mobile app
