Hi every1, im 5 weeks post op im still in soft foods phase, today was my appointment with my surgeon and nutricionist and to my surprice im down 34 pounds since my surgery i started at 333 pounds and today the scale showed 299, im so happy about the choice i made its my lowest weight in 8 years and im just so happy. On top of that a friend of mine did a comparative Photo and i can really see the difference.!!

Well ty all for your feedback, i just got back from an appointment qith my surgeon and nutriologist, they said i can start going to the gym, but they dont want me doing exercises that are dead weight or squats with weight, they told me i can do any exercise as long as it involves a "bench" Sent from my SM-N920C using BariatricPal mobile app

Im 5 weeks post op bypass and i tottaly get you. i've been craving pizza or pasta but thats just head hunger , analyze yourself and u'll be able to see that your body isnt asking for food is your head as my nutriologist said, "we operate your body not your head" so i've been in touch with my psicologist and we have been working on that matter, you will have cravings is natural, as i said for myself, "i know im craving pizza but if i had it in front of me i dont think i would be able to eat it" im in phase 3 of soft foods (every doctor has its own plan). Hi everyone, im almost 1 month post op, and i've been taking my food ok, but in this last week i started to feel depressed im losing weight but i dont see any diference, i look in the mirror and i see myself as always, im struggling with my emotions, i dont want to go to work anymore, i just dont have any friends that know they way im walking and i feel trapped, before surgery they were all, you gonna be excellent and stuff and now they have been like "i would love to talk but im a bit busy right now", i started at 335 pounds and now im at 306 right now but i feel im not losing enough. Hi kat, I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow, for now i've been trying to channel all my inner force to keep doing what i have to do and take the best of this experience, i cant let myself down, i have worked so hard for this second chance, im 24 my life is still in front of me and i have to make the best that i can. My friends basically ditched me out after surgery, before the surgery they were supportive, but now they dont even want to speak to me. In the other hand i dont have any friend that has had a bariatric surgery, so i dont have any support or anyone that understand what im going through. Hello, i just had my bypass 3 weeks ago i had the same issues that you are having, i called my doctor and he gave me this pills called libertrim alpha(México's name) its dimethicone, trimebutine and alpha-galactosidase.
