    9/7 - I got my butt kicked. She did not hold back on cardio today. I crawled to the locker room. I sat on the floor for 20 minutes. I think I died at one point lol jk. It is all worth it though. I could not even lift my phone to take an after. I noticed that I am losing inches now.
