You're welcome, the book is divided into different chapters, one on parents, siblings, sils, friends then many other topics like the work place and all. I found it uplifting for me and if you get it and read it I hope you enjoy it too. I'm not saying everyone should stay "overweight or fat" or whatever you want to label it but if we are shouldn't we come through it riding high instead of letting the world knock us down and even let ourselves knock us down! take care Nancy. My weight gain started after my surgery, so I can't relate to such good loss numbers that you had in the beginning. It sounds to me that you're having problems with your reflux and once that is treated and you get back to your sweet spot again you should do fine. But I know how depressing it must be for you and probably scary too!

I hate to see someone who has done so well all this time get so down on herself because she's put back weight because of the unfill. There are a lot of people out there who have lost a lot of weight like you have and then started putting it back on for various reason.

I'm trying to get this social group moved to a more open area where more people can see it. But I'm thrilled you found it not many people have! Maybe if we can get it moved and you repost you'll be more likely to find others who have had similar problems to yours, thanks brandyII.

Hi, I believe I started a new social group today but it hasn't shown up yet. I'm not familiar with the timings of something like this and am not sure if I did it right or not. Thanks Nancy (brandyII) called it "lap band strugglers", dumb but only thing I could think of!

My computer broke down and was in the shop for half the week. I haven't chatted yet and don't really know how, lol! But sometime when you're on and I'm on we can, take care brandyII

I has not been resolved as of yet, I just found your message so sorry it took so long to write back. Anyway I'm now in the pcos forums looking for advice and we'll see if that helps. I'll see my surgeon on the 22nd and I'm trying to set up an appt. with a new endocrynologist as my old one moved.
