  1. Taylor, I am in a similar position. We will lose more! There’s no way we won’t !! Id love to hear others stories too (just to be sure! Lol)

    I started at 330 and am now 270. I feel like I’m Losing slow. And while I’m not complaining it is frustrating to see everyone lose quicker. And even more frustrating to hear we all lose differently. Grrrr , we know that and hate it :)

    I am soooo grateful for my loss so far though. I’ve never been able to lose this much and keep it off. Soooo even though I only lost 4 in November and 3 in December - I’m grateful for it.

    I was swimming for exercise but since the weather‘s cooled off I haven’t done that in about two weeks. I guess I need to find a new form of exercise that I enjoy.

    I pretty much eat whatever I want- except sweets. I do have carbs, which I know a lot of you don’t. But I enjoy piece of toast in the morning. And if I want something with carbs for dinner I’ll have it. I’m full after about 4-5 bites. So my struggle is if I do eat the carbs then I don’t get the protein- then I can’t b***h if I don’t lose any weight. So every day for the past two weeks I’ve tried to have at least one Protein Shake. And that seems to help.

    The weight has come off slower than I thought but I can’t complain. I haven’t been under 300 in about 15 years. So it feel pretty good :-)


  3. I do that with almost every meal, almost every day. My husband will always say that's too much food you're going to feel sick and I always get pissed at him for saying so. But he's always right. I guess it's just gonna take time for us to get used to it. It's a weird concept for just a few bites makes is full.

    I read to fill ice cubes trays with your meals. And freeze them and just defrost one cube a meal. That sounds insane to me and I've never done it but it might work for some.


  4. Sleeved August 16. Down about 36 pounds.

    I stalled for almost four weeks. I wanted to cry and I was really pissed. But it finally broke.

    Sooooo, is anyone else going through this? It seems like every third day I am exhausted-like don't want to get out of bed can't move exhausted. And like every three or four days I'm starving. Eating like every two or three hours. And then every other day I feel good, not hungry too often, and have energy. Sooooo weird!!

  6. Yay!! Congrats. I am too! My stall is over ( I just don't want to stall again anytime soon)

    I weighed 290 this AM. Less than I have in like twenty years. Feels exciting :) but also scary cuz it's always come back. I'm trying to tell myself this time it won't come back! But that's a hard thing to convince yourself of.


  7. It's so frustrating. I feel ya. I was self pay and was beginning to think I wasted 22grand. Buttttt, if I relax I realize I've lost 32 pounds since August 10. Although I have only lost two in the last four weeks I'm trying to see bigger picture here.

    Its hard but hang in there!!! I guess some lose quicker than others. But it has to work!! Right?? I think it eventfully has to :)
