  1. I am home, I was sleeved on 8/31. I stayed one night, my main complaint was gas pain and nausea. I was up movin around 2-3 hours post op. My biggest concern now is nausea and feeling soooo weak. I'm scared I'm not getting enough fluids. I peeing a normal amount but was pumped full of fluids yesterday. I feel like I could just sleep all day. Im sore this is all normal but just wanted to hear other people's experiences.

  2. I just got my approval letter, planning on undergoing VSG the end of August. I have a relatively low key job but don't want to take too much time off. Planning on taking 1 week off. I'm young, have a high pain tolerance, but also know when to not overdo it. Is that long enough??

Also, I am very private and don't want to tell everyone at work why I'm needing surgery. I'm sure they will figure it out eventually but I want to keep it to myself. I'm sure I'm not the only one on here that feels this way. How did you guys address this concern and keep your business private?
