  1. I am horrible at working out and I have lost 113 pounds in 7 months. My weight loss is going very slow now and I am getting nervous I want to hit my goal weight. I have 29 pounds left to do that so I got a treadmill and I want to do that plus other workouts. Has anyone had success doing workouts at home for arms and tummy especially for saggy skin? If so what did you do I would really like to try some for arms and tummy. Summer is around the corner and would love to tone up a bit.

  2. I had the sleeve done in August and I was doing well then I had a gallbladder issue. I just had my gallbladder removed in January and now I had pain in my left ear and popping of my jaw on the left side. I went to the doctor and they said it’s a slight case of TMJ. I don’t have chronic pain it’s only when chewing or trying to eat and it happens frequently. I’m scared I’m looking up everything online and everyone is saying you may need your jaw wired shut or surgery for the TMJ. I wanted to see if anyone had this problem after their weight loss. I am bad at taking my Vitamins now I’m scared I screwed something else up. Has anyone had an issue? I am seeing a chiropractor on Monday and and oral surgeon next Tuesday. My dentist said the oral surgeon will take care of that.

  3. My surgery is Monday January 22nd. I took a half of an oxycodon tonight which is 5 days before my surgery. I never take pain pills but I had another gallbladder attack and I needed relief and completely forgot don’t take any medicine the time frame before surgery. Will that 5mg really hurt or will they cancel my surgery because of it??? I am freaking out now because I really want to get this gallbladder out. In two weeks had two attacks and they are not fun. I also wanted to ask if anyone had horrible gas pains when they woke up from surgery like when you wake up from the gastric sleeve surgery. Please if anyone can help me I am nervous about the pain and now with this medicine I took.

  4. I found out I have gallstones and I’m getting surgery next Monday. I am trying to eat low-fat. Some people that have had gallbladder issues say stay away from cheese, coffee , red meats, gassy veggies, eggs. My doctor just said to just stay on a very lean low fat diet. I am technically doing that because of my gastric sleeve. I was eating cheese now I feel like what can I eat. Can I eat low fat cheese? I just don’t want anymore attacks till I get this gallbladder out. I am just trying to see if anyone on here is in a similar situation. I’m confused do I listen to the doctor or people who have had a gallbladder issue.

  5. I went to my surgeon today and he told me I have to have gallbladder surgery on a week!!! I am so upset but I knew this was a possibility. I’m scared of waking up from surgery being in pain from the gas like the sleeve surgery. Has anyone ever had their gallbladder out and how was your experience? I’m nervous this is only my second surgery. I would love to hear some of your experiences.

  6. I just came back from seeing my doctor. I had a pain last night from my stomach to the middle of my back. I thought I was having a gallbladder attack but the doctor thinks it’s the cheese I ate right before I had that pain. It’s started getting better after I took two gas ex pills and a charcoal pill. Then I took a half of a pain killer because the pain was not severe but still lingering. I felt 1000% better this morning. I also got hot and cold sweats after all this pain. Could it really be what I ate I thought for sure it’s my gallbladder. I am going for a scan tomorrow to rule it out. Has anyone had the same experience?

  7. I am almost four months out of surgery and everytime I eat I burp a lot. Is this normal? I don’t know if I am eating to fast or is this just something some people get. I spoke with some other people who have had the gastric sleeve and they don’t get this. Has anyone experienced this?

  8. Has anyone had a gallbladder issue. I don’t know what’s going on with me but I am calling my doctor on Monday. After I eat I burp a lot and I sometimes not always get not pain but a burning pain like I️ I am starving in my stomach and it goes to my back. It feels like I have to crack my back all the time. Has anyone had their gallbladder removed? Do you have to def get surgery or can it be treated at first then do surgery if it doesn’t help. I’m getting freaked out[emoji33]

  9. I am 4 months out and I get pains from my tummy going to the middle of my back. It feels like when you are starving and your stomach is burning put it goes to my back. It’s not painful but very annoying and uncomfortable. I see my doctor January 5th I plan on telling him. I’m freaking myself out like it’s something horrible. The feeling is not consistent. It comes and goes throughout the day. Has anyone felt like this before. I just started feeling this the past month.

  10. I️ am trying to stay away from carbs. I️ eat them very rarely. I️ would like to know if it’s gluten free does it make it better and healthier. For example gluten free baking or bread. I️ am just wondering because I️ not to familiar with it. Just curious if it will be better eating let’s say a gluten free pancake versus a regular.

  11. I am 2 1/2 months post op. I have lost 60 pounds. I am loosing around 3 pounds a week but I feel like it’s coming off so slowly. I noticed I am not drinking enough of Water I may have 60oz of Fluid but it’s mixed water, tea, coffee. I have no energy to exercise so I am just doing walking. I also feel like I don’t eat enough. Could I really be not loosing weight because I am not eating my enough or drinking enough? I would like to hear other people what they may do to reach their goals. I don’t eat enough because every time I try to eat sometimes I have no hunger and sometimes I feel like it sits in my chest. Would really love to hear if anyone changed any of these things and got better weight loss results?

  12. I dont know what issue your having but I am 3 months out and was going to restaurants from when I was cleared to eat normal food at 5 weeks lol. Would you be able to eat like a normal person what normal? i have only been obese then had wls so what is normal. Dont eat to quickly lol so it doesn't get stuck, I get your hungry but what is the rush? The food will not disapear if you are bit more mindfull that will come with time! , I eat normal bites and swollow ( not so much now as i am unwell) but i mean before i was not doing anything special to chew and swollow neither was I instucted to, but if you eat your weighed amount if you do weigh and slow down your fine, when at a restaurant I seperate the food on my plate, and make sure I am watching, as i actually stop before I am full as I do not like that feeling.

I mean take normal bites instead of baby bites and chew till you can’t chew anymore. Does it get better as we get further out in the process. I eat at restaurants too that doesn’t mean anything food is food. I am saying will I always feel like that is my food is stuck or will that feeling go away. I am trying to eat slow since I have always been a fast eater.
