Lettuce wrapped, cucumber, etc...all great! But what low carb bread and tortilla products do you like?
I am 5 weeks out and those small, thin sandwich rounds and pita bread have been great.

Hi I had my surgery on July 20th. I am quite happy. Pain has been at a minimum. A little gassy started today. I look forward to my journey. Wish all a great journey. I'm thankful we're all here to chat and encourage each other. Blessings

Try making your own Soup broth. Comfort food in warm broth and add Protein Powder to get your Protein. You can make sugar free Jello too and add protein powder to mix to increase protein. You can do this. You made the first great step you had the surgery.

Hi I don't have kik, but have what's app or messenger. I've been substituting 2meals with Liquid Protein. I'm having surgery on July 20th. Will be doing all day liquid on 19th. I'm siked. Did pre admision.
